♦ DO NOT ASK ME TO DISCOUNT MY SERVICES!
I will not schedule an appointment for someone who doesn't value my time. I do not tolerate being bartered down on my prices. I have and will fire clients for abusing my kindness. I don't offer first time discounts, combo discounts, $5 off for bundling services, or if you aren't happy and pitch a fit discounts.
♦ NO WALK-IN's
♦ NO REFUNDS.
I do not offer refunds on services rendered. I offer repairs. Repairs are $2.50 a nail. If you request a refund I will not service you in the future.
♦ Sorry, I do not offer gift certificates.
♦ I WILL NOT TOLERATE NO CALL, NO SHOWS.  Accidental missed appointments happen, but intentional no shows or continual forgotten appointments will force me to no longer take you as a client.
♦ I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES FOR ANY REASON. I have been bullied in my own business. I really don't see any reason for you to be rude to me over nails. At the end of the day, “It’s just nails y'all!” This is a luxury. I am not your car/washer/dryer door, the grocery cart that ran over your big toe, your teeth, or sweaty glove that pulled off or damaged your polish/nails. The focus of my business is to protect and grow your natural nails. I take a great deal of pride in continuing education and sanitation.
